Consultation

For each Holistic Healing session, we will require need approx 15 mins to gather some info about your likes, dislikes, allergies, firmness of massage, essential oil preferences etc. In follow up sessions, this time is allocated to review how things have been since previous session and update our records, make changes etc.

On arrival we offer you a lovely healing crystalised water whilst we complete this intake/follow up form with you.

Oracle Card Reading

Once completed, Kim will offer a one card pull Oracle Card Reading before massage - if you would like a message from your Angels/Guides that is.

Relaxation Massage

Sandee creates a unique massage oil blend to your very own preferences using our incredible doTerra essential oils, which she then uses to give you a beautiful relaxation massage for 40 mins.
(we don’t mind if you fall asleep either 😊)

Crystal Chakra Balancing, Meditation &  Reiki

Once Sandee’s magic touch has you fully relaxed, Kim can come in with her combination of crystal chakra balancing, guided meditation and reiki if required.

This takes 30-40 mins also, dependant on how open your energy flow and chakras are at the start of the session.

Review

We then provide you with feedback, and also ask for feedback from your session. 

We will email you some recommendations and information that might be able to assist you moving forward in your healing journey.

An hour and a half after your arrival, you should expect to be feeling extremely relaxed and yet somehow energised and clear at the same time….  And have some tools in your toolbox regarding self-care.

Follow up

We will follow up with you in the next day or 2 as well…sometimes healings can bring up emotions and feelings we may have ignored for some time, so it’s important that you are aware that this is quite a common reaction, and we like to check-in and make sure you are feeling ok. We don’t push for follow up appointments however monthly sessions are ideal for most people.
